No Minimum Order Poilcy: At AnclotePolice.com we DO NOT require a minimum order for purchase, which is against most credit card merchant policy including Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Contact your issuing bank for more information regarding policies against minimum order requirements. Generally, you should reconsider a purchase from a retailer that requires a minimum purchase amount.
Custom Orders: Orders involving custom sizing, colors, personalization or imprinting, alterations etc. are non-refundable.
Size Discrepancies: If you receive an item for which you ordered a specific size and find that it does not fit, we will exchange the item for the desired size. Simply return the item and we will send out the desired replacement. Additional shipping charges WILL apply. If you return the item for refund, you will be responsible for a 25% restocking fee.
Exchange Policy: In the event you receive an incorrect item which is an error on our part, you may exchange the item at no additional charge. Call 866-468-2237 for a return authorization and free shipping arrangements.
Refunds: We are happy to refund any purchase within 10 days. However, there may be a restocking fee of 25%. To return an item, please call 866-468-2237 for a return authorization number. You will be responsible for any shipping costs related to your returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the same manner as item was originally purchased. For example, if you purchased via credit card, the refund, less any restocking or shipping fees, will be credited to that credit card originally used.
Defects: Defective merchandise will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty. AFS implies no additional warranty.
Retunred Checks: We are happy to accept your personal check or electronic check for purchases, however any check returned will be subject to a $35 returned check fee.
